Company Profile

The Skagerak Company was formed in 1963 to act as sales agents for diesel spares to the Marine and Offshore industries. Today, the Company's objectives remain the same as in the early 60's - providing a prompt and reliable service, plus a sound knowledge of our Principals product range. We believe our standard of service has been a key factor in our success over the past four decades.

The Company is based on Teesside, in the north of England, providing equal access to our customers both north and south.

Over the years we have become more specialised in our product range, concentrating on machines and measuring equipment used in the overhaul and maintenance of combustion chamber components in medium and slow speed diesel engines for Ships, Power Stations and Workshops.

During 1964, The Skagerak Company was appointed sole selling agents in the UK for Chris-Marine A/B of Malmo, Sweden, manufacturers of portable grinding and honing machines for use on medium and slow speed diesel engines.

In the past few years we have been appointed sole agents for other companies engaged in fuel injection and precision measurement of these engine types.
